How do I place an order?

Head to the Deep Sleeper prodcut page of your choice. Select the desired product, size, colour and weight (if applicable). Once you have completed your selections click Add to Cart. From there click Proceed to Checkout and fill out the required pieces of information. Our system is straigthtforward and easy to use. 

Is my credit card payment secure?

Yes, all information you provide is encrypted using state of the art technology. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed right away and we ship your purchase within 24 hours. For this reason we do not reccomend cancelling or modifying your order. Should a cancellation be required for any reason, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund. Clearance items are final sale. 

Do you accept returns?

Our returns process is easy. If you are not 100% satified with your purchase please contact us at 866-355-2916. We will happily review the return instructions with you. Purchasers returning products must pay for return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

Yes, should your product be defective in anyway we offer a 14 Day Warranty on all products.

Return Policy

Our focus is that customers should love their experience with Deep Sleeper products. However, if in their first month they find that they are not happy with the purchase or if the product is not a good fit for them, then we have a return policy. To return the product you need to request a return on the email id [email protected]. Post that a return label would be auto-generated.

For your return to be initiated, your product should be plastic case intact. The reason being we need the plastic casing for the blanket to reach to our distribution safely from your home. 


Return Labels (Important):

Auto-generate your return label by contacting Deep Sleeper support. Please note, the return shipping fee on the initiated return label will get deducted from your total amount when you first purchased your product. 

We receive returns within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be applied to the same payment method used for the purchase of the merchandise amount only after we have received and processed your returned product. 


Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: The refunds are processed from the day the blankets reach us. To process the refund please allow us 25-30 business days. A refund will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may differ depending on the card issuer’s policies. We strive for speedy returns and refunds and guarantee a full refund on applicable returns within 60 days.



Q: What if there was a damage on my blanket that I didn’t know about? (It only appeared after few days of using, a week, 2 weeks, etc…)

A: All of our blankets are checked before being shipped. You will be solely responsible for checking the while receiving it. We would not take responsibility for those products given as gifts and be found with damage on it. Check it on the day it was delivered to you. Return reimbursements will not be accepted if the blanket was damaged for any reason or washed in washing machine. Returns will be accepted only on products not washed, torn, ripped, stained, etc.



We have a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the day it was shipped. After 14 days this condition will stand void and there will be no exemptions on this unless it was communicated to us in advance. For further questions please mail us on [email protected].



We accept returns only via shipping. The reason why we generate a return label. We allow no visits to our said location due to privacy and security reasons.

NOTE: Only products bought from our website will be applicable for return policy which excludes the ones bought at a store or from an unauthorized website. Please contact the store from which it was purchased if you need to return or exchange it based on color, size, or other preference. Returns only from within Canada and the United States will be accepted. 

Deep Sleeper reserves the right to apply a 15% fee to blankets that are returned in poor condition which is subject to change, without notice, at any time.


Cancellation & Order Change Policy

You can cancel an order within 24 hours only of having placed an order.

Coupon codes may not be used in conjunction with others.
